In a recent MH&L Article about Lift Truck Power Options for Cold Storage Operations, "How to find a forklift battery fit for your freezers", Jarrod Smith presents the different technologies used today to power electric vehicles in sub-freezing conditions: flooded lead acid batteries, thin plate pure lead batteries, and the most modern and also more costly lithium-ion batteries. It’s basically a choice between reduced performance and costlier technology.
